S3 // Ep 3 // F*ck Being Humble: Why Self-Promotion isn’t a Dirty Word with Stefanie Sword-Williams

F*ck Being Humble: Why Self-Promotion isn’t a Dirty Word, by Stefanie Sword-Williams, has been one of my favourite books of 2023 so far! And this week I’m so excited to be welcoming Stef to the show!

Fuck Being Humble is a disruptive business which helps people to reframe the way they think about self-promotion. Stef worked in advertising for 7 years prior to launching Fuck Being Humble in 2018; since then Stef’s written a book: F*ck Being Humble: Why Self-Promotion isn’t a Dirty Word, delivered a TEDx Talk, made the Forbes 30 Under 30 list Europe, secured her own radio show, has been named one of 100 women changing the creative industry (twice) and was recognised by the Royal Society of Arts for making a significant impact towards social change.

In this episode Stef and I dive into the inspiration behind her business—Fuck Being Humble, her subsequent book of the same title, and Stef shares advice on how we can all begin to put some of her self-promotion lessons into play.

This episode is a must-listen for anyone looking to invest in their career, goals and life ambitions.

I found Stef to be a very real, inspiring and down to earth guest. Please join me in welcoming her to the show!
