Jenna Nicholls is a fashion, fitness, travel and beauty influencer and co-owner of Grand Union CrossFit gym. Jenna is one of the UK’s most prominent lifestyle influencers, sharing stunning photography and videography documenting her fashion and beauty finds, as well as her travels and fitness.
I wanted to invite Jenna onto the show today to discuss exercise modalities including CrossFit and weight training, and the misconceptions surrounding them and their relationship with femininity.
